Adsense or Nonsense

I added two little boxes on the bottom of my blog (see bottom of my blog). It's a little experiment. If you see any inappropriate or obnoxious ads, please e-mail me. Check out the ads (apparently I earn money when you click on them--like enough to buy a soy latte once each quarter--whoa! whoa!)

You're not allowed to draw attention to them, silly! :) Amazing the places you can go when you type "flying monkeys" into a google box.

I had a very brief experiment with google ads, then realised how little it would benefit me, and I decided I'd rather have an ad-free site.

Hope it works out and you get a lot of soy lattes out of it.

Not allowed?!? Yikes, are there other rules of blog conduct that no one told me about about??? Blogging can be a potential landmine of faux pas waiting to happen.

Regardless, since 1:00 am last night, my ads have earned me $.90--that's nearly a third of a latte or better yet, some relief money for disaster victims. Hey! I can use the money to give to the Red Cross! (That is allowed, right :-)

I think so...

I'm guessing you'll get away with it since they're new and all... Only fair to explain where they come from. They're google, right?

Dang, your lattes are expensive! Oh, wait, that's dollars. I forget dollars are like rubles these days... ;D

Rubles, really! I prefer to think that the dollar represents our less aggressive side. It is the yin to our warlike yang.
